Welcome to Wealth Love. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wealthlove.ai website (the "Site") and any related services, communications, or pre-launch offerings provided by Wealth Love Holdings, Inc. ("Wealth Love," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wealth Love Holdings, Inc. By accessing the Site, submitting your information, or engaging with any Wealth Love content or communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

 

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose

• Reproduce, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content from the Site without prior written consent from Wealth Love

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems

• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the Site

• Impersonate Wealth Love, its founder, or any other person or entity

• Use the Site to collect data about other users without their consent

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, app screen designs, brand assets, the "Wealth Love" name and trademark (TM), the "Your Higher Self" AI persona concept, the "5 Wealth Languages" framework and archetypes (The Nurturer, The Achiever, The Security Seeker, The Visionary, The Experiencer), membership tier names (Wealth Circle, Inner Circle), product pillar names (Girl Math Unlocked, Rituals that Pay, Soft Money Management, Your Wealth Higher Self, Her Wealth Circle), and all related materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Wealth Love Holdings, Inc.

All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or display of any Wealth Love intellectual property, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Wealth Love Holdings, Inc. is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The Wealth Love trademark and brand assets are proprietary and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with Wealth Love without express written permission.

4. Waitlist and Pre-Launch Membership

Submission of your information to the Wealth Love waitlist or Founding Circle does not constitute a binding purchase, subscription, or guarantee of access to any product or service. Wealth Love reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the launch of its platform at any time.

Any stated benefits associated with waitlist enrollment (including but not limited to priority access, lifetime discounts, or early access features) are subject to change. Wealth Love will make reasonable efforts to honor stated early member benefits but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Wealth Love does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Wealth Love does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site. App screens, features, and descriptions shown on the Site are conceptual and may not reflect the final product.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wealth Love Holdings, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any content or services provided herein, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Wealth Love is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement by Wealth Love.

9. Modifications to Terms

Wealth Love reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in [Los Angeles, CA]. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
